Idea 1. The Best Banana Bread Recipe!

Hello my beautiful people that are trying to eat healthy. You are in the right spot! Let’s make this delicious banana bread that’s super easy, super fast and super healthy! This recipe has no added sugar and no dairy. It’s for you to enjoy completely <3 Please feel free to add or remove ingredients as you wish, and if you have any questions please contact me. Here we go:

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts (you can add different nuts/or no nuts for ‘nut-free’)
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup dates

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven on 350 F.
  2. Add 4 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl and mash them together.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of olive oil.
  4. Add 1 cup of flour.
  5. Mix the flour in.
  6. 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
  7. 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
  8. 1 tablespoon of cacao.
  9. Sprinkle some cinnamon
  10. Add 1 cup of walnuts.
  11. 1 cup of cranberries.
  12. 1 cup of dates.
  13. Mix them all together and put the mixture in the baking pan.
  14. Bake for 50 min.
  15. Let it cool down in the pan for 10 min.
  16. Add some honey to the honey :)
  17. Enjoy!
