Idea 10. High Protein Dark Chocolate Mouse.

Here is how to make this delicious dark chocolate mouse that is dairy free, gluten free, cruelty free, no added sugar and rich in protein. No dishes, just a blender. What’s better than that?

You can skip a steak for a high protein dish with this heaven on a plate right here. Also, that would save the animals! So let’s choose better.

Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

8 Dates ~1.5 gr protein
1 cup Milk ~3 gr protein (Oat Milk)
250 gr Tofu ~30 gr protein
2 tbsp Cacao ~4 gr protein
1 tsp Cinnamon ~0.1 gr protein
2 Oranges ~2.5 gr protein
Handful of Walnuts (~30 g) ~4.5 gr protein
Handful of Hemp Seeds ~1 gr protein
1 Kiwi ~0.8 gr protein
10 Frozen Blueberries ~0.1 gr protein

Total protein (approx.)
≈ 48 grams of protein

Notes*
-You can add protein powder for more protein

Directions:

1. Soak 8 dates in warm water for 5 min, then add them in the blender.
2. Add 1 cup milk.
3. Add 250 gr tofu.
4. Add 2 tbsp cacao and 1 tsp cinnamon, maybe some pure vanilla.
5. Add an orange.
6. Or two.
7. Blend everything together.
8. Serve it in a bowl, with something sprinkled on top. I used walnuts, kiwi, frozen blueberries and hemp seeds.
9. Enjoy.
