Oke. This Christmas I am celebrating it with one of my dear friends ✨️ We did these vegan chocolates as our Christmas dessert, and as a Christmas gift to each other 💓
Here is something you can do for dessert, that’s suuuuper easy, super fast, super healthy, super delicious, no added sugar, gluten free, dairy free, cruelty free, just deliciousness on a cute plate.
Here we go:
Ingredients with their protein breakdown:
170 gr Cacao ~34 gr protein
9 Raspberries ~0.2 gr protein
9 Blueberries ~0.1 gr protein
9 tsp Peanut Butter ~11 gr protein
9 Pecans ~1.2 gr protein
Total Protein
≈ 46.5 gr protein
Notes*
-Most of the protein comes from cacao powder and peanut butter
-Very high cacao amount → also very high in fiber, magnesium, and polyphenols.
Directions:1. SOAK ALL THE BERRIES IN THE
FRIDGE YOU WILL USE FOR THE
NEXT 3 DAYS IN WARM WATER
AND BAKIND SODA FOR 15 MIN.
YOU CAN WRAP THEM IN PAPER TOWEL
AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE FRIDGE WASHED.
2. DICE AND MELT THE CACAO.
3. POUR HALF OF IT IN CHOCOLATE MOLDS.
4. ADD PEANUT BUTTER.
5. AND PECANS.
6. ADD THE REST OF THE CACAO.
7. ADD RASPBERRIES.
8. AND BLUEBERRIES.
9. FREEZE FOR 1 HR.
