Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
2 slices of Bread (can be Gluten Free) – 5 gr protein
1 cup Almond Milk ~1 g
300 gr Tofu ~36 g
1 tsp Cardamom ~0.1 g
1tsp Nutmeg ~0.1 g
1 tsp Cinnamon ~0.1 g
1 tsp Cacao ~0.7 g
1 tsp Cornstarch ~0 g
1 scoop Protein Powder ~24 g
Estimated total protein
≈ 67 grams of protein
Notes*
– If your tofu is extra-firm, protein gets higher by 35%.
Directions:
1. DICE 2 SLICES OF BREAD INTO CUBES.
2. ADD 1 cup ALMOND MILK.
3. ADD 300 gr TOFU.
4. ADD 1 tsp CARDAMOM.
5. 1 tsp NUTMEG.
6. 1 tsp CINNAMON.
7. 1 tsp CACAO.
8. 1 tsp CORNSTARCH.
9. 1/4 cup PROTEIN POWDER.
10. BLEND EVERYTHING TOGETHER.
11. PUT THE BREAD IN A SMALL BAKING PAN.
12. ADD THE CHOCOLATE MIX AND STIR WELL!
13. BAKE FOR 25 min, ON 400f.
