Idea 16. Ice Cream! High Protein – You Can Have It All Ice Cream.

Ice Cream, that has 10 gr of protein, no added sugar, no dairy. Super healthy, nutritious and delicious.

Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

1/2 cup Strawberries ~0.6 gr protein
1/2 cup Blueberries ~0.5 gr protein
1/2 cup Raspberries ~1 gr protein
1 tbsp Peanut Butter ~3.5 gr protein
1 cup Almond Milk ~1 gr protein
1 cup Cashews ~20 gr protein
1 cup Granola ~10 gr protein
A drop of Pure Vanilla ~0 gr protein
A scoop of Protein Powder ~24 gr protein

Estimated total protein:
≈ 60 gr protein! ≈ 10 gr each ice cream!

Notes*
-Most of the protein here comes from cashews, granola, and protein powder

Directions:

1. Blend everything together.
2. Put the mixture in ice cream molds.
3. Freeze for 4 hours.
4. Enjoy.
