- 2 slices Bread ≈ 12 g protein
- 1/2 Avocado ≈ 1.5 g protein
- 100 gr Tofu ≈ 8 g protein
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds ≈ 2 g protein
- 1 tsp Mustard ≈ 0.1 g protein
- 1 tsp Chili Paste ≈ 0.1 g protein
Total protein (approx.)
≈ 24 grams of protein
Notes
- Most of the protein comes from tofu and the bread.
Directions:
- TOAST THE BREAD.
- SPREAD AVOCADO.
- ADD SLICED TOFU.
- ADD THE CHILI PASTE.
- ADD THE SEEDS.
- ENJOY.
