Idea 41. Mango, Pineapple & Cucumber Smoothie. 34 gr Protein!

This smoothie is a nutrient-dense blend that supports muscle recovery, hydration, and overall wellness in one refreshing drink. With about 34 grams of protein, it helps repair and build muscle while keeping you full and stabilizing blood sugar. The pineapple and mango provide vitamin C and antioxidants to strengthen immunity, support collagen production for healthy skin, and deliver natural energy. The turmeric adds additional anti-inflammatory benefits that can help with recovery and joint support. Meanwhile, cucumber and coconut water enhance hydration and replenish electrolytes like potassium, making this smoothie especially great post-workout or on warm days. Altogether, it’s a balanced, energizing option that promotes recovery, gut health, glowing skin, and sustained energy!

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

  • 1 cup Pineapple ~0.8 g
  • 1 cup Mango ~1.4 g
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber ~0.2 g
  • 1 cup Coconut Water ~0.5 g
  • 1 tsp Turmeric ~0.1 g
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (I use Birdman with creatine) ~31 g

-Most of the protein here comes from the protein powder.
-Pineapple and cucumber are a powerful duo for detoxifying and cleansing the body! This juice is refreshing and great for getting rid of toxins. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach for most effectiveness.
