Idea 42. Vegan Chocolate Mousse. Cravings….

So if I told you, you can eat this and get 111gr of protein, or you can eat a dead tortured innocent being, and get your protein that way…Why choose to hurt them like that? There is absolutely no need… BUT to make money for the meat and dairy industry. Do you think they care about you? Look at what they are doing to the animals…. Wake up.

All you need to do is be careful with your protein intake! That’s all. You can do that with tofu (doesn’t taste weirder than raw chicken). So, season some tofu and replace a someone’s flesh with BEANS! and get your protein that way.

Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

  • 10 Dates ~1 g protein
  • 450gr Tofu ~50 g protein
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (I order Birdman from Amazon, it’s the best. You can use the code VEGANTOMI to get a discount) ~31 g protein
  • 1 cup Coconut Water ~1 g protein
  • 3 tbsp Tahini ~8 g protein
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa ~3 g protein
  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter ~7 g protein
  • 3 tsp Hemp Seeds ~3 g protein
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon ~0 g protein
  • A drop of Pure Vanilla ~0 g protein
  • A handful of Cashews, Almonds, Granola & Pomegranates (I mixed them in the mousse) ~7 g protein

Total protein (approx.)
≈ 111 grams of protein!!!!!!!

Notes*

-Very High In:

Iron
Tofu + tahini + cocoa + hemp seeds → likely very high, potentially 60–90%+ of daily needs (depending on portions and absorption).

Magnesium
Cocoa, tahini, nuts, hemp seeds → could easily exceed 100% of daily needs.

Copper
Cocoa + nuts + seeds → very high. This one may exceed 100% of daily value.

Directions:

1. Soak the dates in warm water for 15 min, then add them in a blender.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend everything.
3. Serve it with a handful of Cashews, Almonds, Granola & Pomegranates (I mixed them in the mousse).
4. Enjoy.
