Here we go:
Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- 2 cups Salad Mix: ~2 g protein
- 1/2 Avocado ~1.5 g protein
- 1 cup Mushrooms ~2 g protein
- 200 gr Tofu ~20 g protein
- 1 Green Onion ~0.3 g protein
- 2 tbsp Chili Crunch ~0.5 g protein
- 1 tbsp Vinaigrette: ~0.1 g
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce ~1.3 g
- 1 tbsp Tahini ~3 g
- 1 tsp Black Seeds ~0.3 g protein
Estimated total protein:
≈ 30 g protein!
