Here we go:
Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- 1 cup Mango ~1.4 g
- 1 cup Pomegranate ~3 g
- 1/2 Orange ~0.6 g
- 1 cup Coconut Water ~0.5 g
- 1 scoop Birdman Protein Powder (with creatine) ~31 g
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter ~4 g
Estimated total protein:
≈ 40 gr protein!

-Most of the protein here comes from the protein powder.
