Idea 45. Mango, Pomegranate & Orange Smoothie. 40 gr Protein!

Oke, but it can’t get any easier than this. Definitely get your protein! But have a smoothie instead! You don’t need meat to get your protein! Here is how easy it is, to get everything you need.

Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

  • 1 cup Mango ~1.4 g
  • 1 cup Pomegranate ~3 g
  • 1/2 Orange ~0.6 g
  • 1 cup Coconut Water ~0.5 g
  • 1 scoop Birdman Protein Powder (with creatine) ~31 g
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter ~4 g

Estimated total protein:
≈ 40 gr protein!

Notes*
-Most of the protein here comes from the protein powder.
Mango, pomegranate, and orange provide natural carbohydrates that work well with protein to improve recovery and energy levels.

Directions:

  1. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. ENJOY.
