CHOOSE BETTER TODAY. This is how easy it is, and it literarily takes 10 min.

Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

  • 2 slices Bread ≈ 12 g
  • 1 Avocado ≈ 3 g
  • 100 g Tempeh ≈ 19 g
  • 1 tsp Mustard ≈ 0.1 g
  • 1 tsp Chili Crunch ≈ 0.2 g
  • 1 tbsp Tahini ≈ 2.6 g
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar ≈ 0 g
Total protein (approx.)

≈ 37 grams of protein

Notes
  • Most of the protein comes from tempeh and the bread.

Directions:

  1. SLICE AND FRY THE TEMPEH. (5 min on each side)
  2. TOAST THE BREAD.
  3. SPREAD AVOCADO.
  4. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.
  5. ENJOY.
