Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- 2 slices Bread ≈ 12 g
- 1 Avocado ≈ 3 g
- 100 g Tempeh ≈ 19 g
- 1 tsp Mustard ≈ 0.1 g
- 1 tsp Chili Crunch ≈ 0.2 g
- 1 tbsp Tahini ≈ 2.6 g
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar ≈ 0 g
Total protein (approx.)
≈ 37 grams of protein
Notes
- Most of the protein comes from tempeh and the bread.
Directions:
- SLICE AND FRY THE TEMPEH. (5 min on each side)
- TOAST THE BREAD.
- SPREAD AVOCADO.
- ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.
- ENJOY.
