Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

  • 1/2 cup Mango ~0.4 g protein
  • 1 cup Banana ~1.3 g protein
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries ~0.5 g protein
  • 3 Dates ~0.6 g protein
  • 1 cup Coconut Water ~0.5 g protein
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Birdman with creatine) ~31 g protein
  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds ~1 g protein

Estimated total protein:
≈ 35 gr protein!

Notes*
-Most of the protein here comes from the protein powder.
-Combining mango, banana, and mixed berries gives you a strong mix of vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, and natural energy. Mango is high in vitamin C and vitamin A, which support immune health, skin, and eye health. Banana adds potassium, which helps with muscle contraction and preventing cramps, along with vitamin B6 for energy metabolism and brain function, they are great for workout fuel.
