This is my absolute favorite way to eat granola. It has 58 gr protein! Definitely get your protein, but there are so many other ways, that don’t include the torture of innocent beings. They are sentient. They feel pain. They feel everything…. Let’s do something for them… Choose another way to get your protein today. Here is one of a million! I will help you with everything. Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- 1 cup Granola ~10g protein
- 1 cup Coconut Water ~1g protein
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I use Birdman. You can use the code VEGANTOMI to get a discount) ~31 g protein
- 1 tsp Cinnamon ~0g protein
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds ~7g protein
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter ~4g protein
- 10 Blueberries ~0g protein
- 10 Raspberries ~1g protein
- 10 Walnuts ~3g protein
- 1 Banana ~1g protein
Estimated total protein:
≈ 58 gr protein!

-Most of the protein here comes from the protein powder, granola & hemp seeds.
-This is such a powerful little granola dish. Packing 58 gr of protein! You can add a little more protein powder or hemp seeds to bump that to over 60! And look at how it’s made. NOBODY WAS SLAUGHTERED. This is how easy it can be, I promise.
Directions:
- IN A BOWL ADD THE GRANOLA, COCONUT WATER, PROTEIN POWDER AND CINNAMON.
- MIX THEM WELL.
- ADD PEANUT BUTTER.
- ADD WALNUTS.
- SPRINKLE THE HEMP SEEDS.
- ADD BANANA, BLUEBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES.
- ENJOY.
