Idea 52. Rice Dumplings!

Oke so today I tried the viral rice dumplings and OMG! So delicious, this is going to be a weekly recipe from now. And guess what, nobody was harmed doing these. No farm animal was killed or exploited. I was left to just enjoy my food and I hope you do as well <3

  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce ~5 gr Protein

Notes*

-The most nutritionally dense ingredient here is tofu, since it provides about 50 grams of complete protein along with important nutrients like calcium, iron, magnesium, and healthy fats, making it well rounded nutritionally.
-Spinach is extremely rich in vitamins A, C, and K as well as folate and iron.
-Shiitake mushrooms provide beneficial B vitamins.
-Sesame seeds are one of the richest sources of calcium. (you don’t need milk)

Directions:

  1. DICE THE MUSHROOMS, GREEN BEANS, SPINACH, GARLIC AND CARROTS.
  2. FRY THEM FOR 5 MIN, THEN ADD THE SOY SAUCE, RICE VINEGAR & BLACK PEPPER, AND FRY FOR 5 MORE MINUTES.
  3. WET 1 SPRING ROLL WRAPPER AS PER PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS.
  4. PUT THE MIX IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WRAPPER.
  5. WRAP IT, THEN WRAP IT AGAIN WITH ONE MORE SPRING ROLL WRAPPER.
  6. REPEAT UNTIL YOU RUN OUT OF SOMETHING.
  7. FRY THEM IN A PAN. DO NOT TAKE THEM OUT TO EARLY, AS THEY WILL STICK TO THE PAN AND MAKE A MESS. ONCE THEY ARE READY THEY WILL COME OUT EASILY SO GIVE IT TIME UNTIL THEY DO, THEN FLIP THEM ON THE OTHER SIDE. FRY UNTIL BROWN.
  8. ADD CHILI CRUNCH ON TOP.
  9. MAKE A SAUCE WITH SOY SAUCE AND SESAME SEEDS TO DIP THEM.
  10. ENJOY.
