Idea 82. Hot Dog Wrap.

Why would anyone eat an innocent baby animal, and all of their beautiful parts, when you can have a plant based hot dog? Hot dogs made out of animal flesh were classified cancerogenic by the WHO organization back in 2015. Plant based diet is not only the healthiest diet out there, but it’s literarily saving their lives….They are not here for us to use. They are here to exist in their own beautiful day. So today, thanks for choosing kindness and eating a delicious plant based hot dog.

Here we go:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Vegan Egg Roll Wraps
  • 2 Plant Based Sausage
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Hot Sauce (optional)

Flax Egg Directions:
Combine 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal (or ground chia seeds) with 6 tablespoons of lukewarm water. Stir well, set aside 10 minutes until it looks like eggs in texture.
*Use this in a recipe as an egg replacer.

Notes*

-You can wrap the sausage in two wraps for a fuller taste.
-I like to always add dipping sauces (in this case mustard), on the rim of the plate, so that way I can swipe from the rim when I go for a dip.

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT YOUR OVEN ON 375 F.
  2. MAKE THE FLAX EGG AND SET IT ASIDE FOR 10 MIN.
  3. BRUSH THE WFRAP INSIDE WITH THE FLAX EGG.
  4. PLACE THE SAUSAGE IN THE MIDDLE.
  5. WRAP IT.
  6. BRUSH THEM THOROUGHLY WITH THE FLAX EGG OUTSIDE TOO AND PLACE THEM ON A BAKING SHEET.
  7. BAKE FOR 35 MIN.
  8. ENJOY.
