Why do I crave pastries dailyyyyy? I blame it on being European. Most of the pastries in Europe are not plant based tho :( But everything you can make with dead flesh, and their stolen milk that don’t belong to humans, I can make with plant based ingredients, that tortured no one, I get the same protein and I am not eating dead animals.
Here we go:
Ingredients:
- Plant Based Egg Roll Wraps
- 450 gr Tofu
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)
- 1 tsp Cumin (optional)
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Black Seeds
Flax Egg Directions:
Combine 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal (or ground chia seeds) with 6 tablespoons of lukewarm water. Stir well, set aside 10 minutes until it looks like eggs in texture.
*Use this in a recipe as an egg replacer.
Notes*
-You can wrap the sausage in two wraps for a fuller taste.
-You can eat them along a cup of plant based unsweetened yogurt.
Directions:
- MAKE THE FLAX EGG AND SET IT ASIDE FOR 10 MIN.
- FRY THE TOFU AND ADD THE SOY SAUCE. LET IT SIMMER FOR 5 MIN ON LOW.
- BRUSH THE WRAP INSIDE WITH THE FLAX EGG.
- PLACE THE TOFU MIX IN THE MIDDLE.
- WRAP IT.
- BRUSH THEM THOROUGHLY WITH THE FLAX EGG OUTSIDE TOO AND PLACE THEM ON A BAKING SHEET.
- SPRINKLE SESAME & BLACK SEEDS.
- BAKE FOR 35 MIN.
- ENJOY.
