Idea 84. Avo Sandwich & Tofu.

Replace meat with tofu and you’ll never have to eat animals again. Here is one idea. Idea 84.

Here we go:

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 50 gr Tofu
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Hot Chili Sauce
  • Sprouts
  • 4 Pickles
  • 1 Onion Ring (fresh)
  • 1 Tomato Ring (I have to say, I didn’t like the sandwich with tomato. I discovered that after tasting it)
Total protein (approx.)

≈ 17 grams of protein

Notes*

-Tofu has: Protein, Calcium (if calcium-set), Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Folate, B Vitamins, Healthy Unsaturated Fats aaaaaaaaandddd Isoflavones! (whatever that is)

Directions:

  1. TOAST THE BREAD.
  2. ON 1 SLICE ADD TOFU, PICKLES, ONION, AVOCADO, SPROUTS, MUSTARD, HOT CHILI SAUCE & TOMATO.
  3. ENJOY.
