This is my favorite salad so far!!! The flavors of this salad, for me personally balance PERFECTLY, and I am obsessed. Try it out, let me know what you think. It also has 50 gr of protein, without harming farm animals which is ALWAYS A GOOD THING! So, today enjoy this fully. It’s easy, fast, vegan & absolutely yummy….
Here we go:
Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- Salad Mix ~2 g protein
- Sausage ~23 g protein
- Onion ~0.5 g protein
- Garlic ~0.2 g protein
- Cucumber ~1 g protein
- Cherry Tomatoes ~1.5 g protein
- Avocado ~1.5 g protein
- Mushrooms ~2 g protein
- Black Beans ~8 g protein
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce ~1 g protein
- 1 tbsp Balsamic ~0 g protein
- 2 tbsp Tahini ~5 g protein
- Mustard by choice ~1 g protein (I LOVE MUSTARD)
- 1 tbsp Black Seeds ~3 g protein
- Alfalfa Sprouts ~1 g protein
- Chili Crunch ~1 g protein (I ALSO LOVE CHILI CRUNCH)
- Fresh Basil Leaves (optional) ~0 g protein
Total protein (approx.)
≈ 50 grams of protein!!!

-Most of the protein in this dish comes from the sausage, black beans & tahini.
