Idea 60. Plant Based Bowl Of Deliciousness. 37 gr Protein.

This bowl is simple, delicious, filling and it comes together in a fresh way. I love how all ingredients balance each other, and make this bowl delicious altogether. The best thing is that, no farm animals were hurt to make this dish, but it still packs 37 gr of Protein!!!

Here we go:

Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:

  • Salad Mix ~2 g protein
  • 1/2 Avocado ~1.5 g protein
  • 200gr Tofu ~20 g protein
  • 1 Carrot ~0.5 g protein
  • 1 Sweet Potato ~2 g protein
  • 2 Sundried Tomatoes ~1 g protein
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic ~0 g protein
  • 2 tbsp Tahini ~5 g protein
  • Mustard ~1 g protein
  • 1 tbsp Black Seeds ~3 g protein
Total protein (approx.)

≈ 37 grams of protein!!!

Notes*

-Most of the protein in this dish comes from the tofu & tahini.
-Sweet potatoes are more than just a carb, they’re packed with beta-carotene (which supports vision, skin, and immune health), along with fiber that helps digestion. They provide steady energy without sharp spikes, and they also bring in nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, and B vitamins for overall health. On top of that, they’re easy to digest and add a natural sweetness that makes meals more satisfying. I love them so much. They taste so good with mustard!

Directions:

  1. BAKE THE SWEET POTATO & TOFU IN THE OVEN FOR 45 MIN ON 400F. (or until the sweet potato is soft, poke it with a fork)
  2. THROW EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A BOWL.
  3. DRIZZLE BALSAMIC, TAHINI, MUSTARD & BLACK SESAME SEEDS.
  4. ENJOY.
