Idea 63. Pinto Beans Breakfast Wrap.

Good morning beautiful people. This morning, I present to you, the pinto beans breakfast wrap! Haha I’m convinced you can turn just about anything into a wrap, but here is one idea! Sweet potato, beans, avocado, olives, cucumber and onion. Truly simple & delicious. Topped with mustard and hot sauce. I mean…try it and let me know! My favorite thing about it, is that, it is delicious yet no farm animals needed to be hurt to have it. It’s nourishing and healthy. For your body and soul! So for the meat eaters out there, just know, YOU DON’T NEED MEAT TO BE HEALTHY. Plants have the amino acids you need. Tofu will make the same protein in your body. You can do it, I can do it, million other people out there are doing it. We don’t need to be doing what we are doing to the animals. If you don’t know where to start, here are a couple of ideas…And If you need a game plan, reach out! and I will share my way of staying healthy and how I make sure I consume everything I need as a vegan. But you can most definitely thrive on a plants. I love you, you can do it. Please be their change. They don’t have anyone else.
