Ok, I am back on the toast train. This one is so simple, yet so delicious. Avocado, sriracha tofu and vegan tzatziki sauce, all from traders joe, all super yummy and the best thing about them, they are not the flesh and body parts of an animal that suffered and wanted to live. Since my body can make the same protein eating tofu or an animal, I will make tofu sandwiches until I die so we can all thrive in peace. If you are someone that is on the same page and is fishing for tofu recipes, here is one for ya! I love you.
Here we go:
Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- 1 slice Bread ~4 g protein
- 1/2 Avocado ~1.5 g protein
- 50 gr Sriracha Tofu ~8.5 g protein
- 2 tbsp Vegan Tzatziki Sauce ~0 g protein
- Black Pepper ~0 g protein
Total protein (approx.)
≈ 14 grams of protein!

-Pairing black pepper with avocado creates a powerful nutritional synergy. The piperine in black pepper significantly boosts your body’s ability to absorb the healthy fats, antioxidants, and lutein found in avocado. Together, they maximize nutrient uptake, reduce inflammation, and enhance cognitive function.
-You can make two for 28 gr of protein if you are counting macros.
Directions:
- TOAST THE BREAD.
- ON THE SLICE ADD THE AVOCADO, TOFU, TZAZIKI & BLACK PEPPER.
- ENJOY.
