Idea 71. Edamame Spaghetti. 64 gr Protein!!!

This is a seriously high protein plant based meal! The edamame pasta does most of the heavy lifting, while the broccolini, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, and soy sauce all add extra protein and nutrients. You’re also getting fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, and lots of micronutrients in one bowl. And who doesn’t love pasta? And who doesn’t love edamame? And then what’s better, than an edamame pasta??? Try it let me know what you think. This pasta is completely plant based but packed with protein. It’s this easy to switch from eating meat to eating plant based. Just go for the plant based option next time when you shop and you are literarily saving animal lives. And to me, that’s the real deliciousness in life, because they don’t need to go through that.
