Here we go:
Ingredients with their approximate protein breakdown:
- 200 gr Noodles (Pasta of your choice, you can make it Gluten Free) ~12g protein
- 200 gr Broccoli ~6g protein
- 100 gr Edamame ~12g protein
Sauce:
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce (You can use Gluten Free to make a gluten free recipe) ~4 g protein
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter ~8 g protein
Secret Ingredient:
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar ~0g protein
Total protein (approx.)
≈ 42 grams of protein!!!
Notes*
-This dish is incredibly high in protein, while being a plant based meal, because you can do both! It also has fiber, healthy fats, and micronutrients like iron, magnesium, potassium, folate, vitamin C, K, zinc & antioxidants!
Directions:
- Cook your noodles, according to package instructions, along with the broccoli & edamame.
- Make the sauce.
- Mix the sauce in.
- Add the secret ingredient. Balsamic. It’s balsamic!
- Enjoy.
